If I could leave a zero I would. The manager of this place is a JOKE. By far one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Waited a month for a couch to be delivered, then got the wrong one. When I called to complain about it, the owner pretty much said it was our fault. My husband tried to explain that it couldn't possibly be our fault as the reason we ordered this couch and not just buy the one that was in the store, is because we wanted a longer one and we wanted it to face the opposite way. This joke of a manager yelled at us at which point my husband told him to take the couch and refund us the money. The manager decided to threaten us with having to pay for delivery fee if we decided to get a refund, that's how bad of a manager he is!!! Didn't anyone teach this guy how to to treat customers? This would NEVER happen with Art Van or any other store.
Ordered a couch in June 2017. I got the run around and finally got my couch. I ordered a living room package and even upgraded the package. It should have come with an ottoman. Called three different times now and I still have yet to get the ottoman. We received the sectional and our ottoman will be in this week. It has taken 3 months to get all of the pieces in. We love our couch and ottoman- great products. I just wish we had a better experience.
