I thought I found a cologne I wanted. I tried a sample and then asked the sales associate if the box on the shelf was the same scent as the sample I had tried (placed next to it). She said yes. Only after getting home (I live in Canada) did I realize it was NOT the same cologne at all. Very disappointing.
The personnel at lord and taylor lakeside is absolutely fantastic They're all the best and I just love their kindness and help in attaining the beautiful things I purchased for me and my family i think the staff here really enjoys what they do for the customer It's well worth the hour trip They always take such good care of everything I need with in store shipments of correct sizes and returning things if it doesn't work out This is my favorite store because of the women here that make my day
Well managed and trendy, however, they cut a lot of cashiers at Service Station to save money. Hard to find one there.
Had a good shopping experience in the kid's section for my son's clothing. The sales representative was very helpful and courteous helping locate certain item's that my kid needed to try on. She found the correct sizes that my kid was looking for.. But had the "WORST" customer service in the fragrance department when I wanted to purchase a bottle of Channel Bleu parfum for men. I Had to have been invisible to the sales representative that seen me waiting at the counter where the cologne was as I gestured to her thinking that she would come and assist me since she seen me waiting at the counter. Waited for approximately 10 minutes minimum and decided that LORD AND TAYLOR obviously DID NOT want to make a sale since the sales representative walked away in the opposite direction. But MACY'S was more than glad to take my $175.00 dollar's for the 5.0oz bottle of Channel Bleu parfum for men. So
Great deals! Not messy like other stores where you really have to work to find a deal.
