Usually good service, my dog gets a little nervous with the groomers. Had one GREAT trainer who is gone now and another we had was not super friendly
Always very helpful and the prices aren't so bad
Nice store but could use some more helpful staff. I showed up early Friday morning with my 2yr old kid and new puppy. We were greeted as we came in but not offered any help with anything for about an hour. I had to go ask for help from the lady working the register but there were only 2 people working in the whole store. She helped me real quick but couldn't answer any of my questions in detail. Spent another hour looking around without any help. Anyways, most stuff there you can get on Amazon for half price so just pay attention to what you want or buy.
We went in to adopt a sweet little lady. The people in the Michigan Humane Society were incredibly nice and the manager was able to help us find all the basics we would need for her.
Truly the most helpful and friendly staff I've come across.
