Remarkable experience! My first time at facility..first time in a trampoline! I took my nieces ages 18 and 8...We had a ball. First...Justin checked us in...He was professional, funny and kind. He explained the waivers thoroughly and gave very good instructions on what I needed to do. He was such a nice young man. Josh and Ms. Lizz were such amazing monitors. They never took their eyes off the children, rectified quickly any situations and engaged readily with the children! They even got me...47 year old to play 3 games of dodge ball! I haven't played in over 30 years. Lol! It was fun. Melvin the GM...He was so professional.and funny! He walked around to all the areas and when he came to the area I was seated, spoke to me asked how I was enjoying the facility and asked if I needed any help. He continued to make my nieces and I laugh and feel comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and the price was reasonable. Definitely will be back! The trampolines were a lot of fun!!
I want to start off by saying my son and I had a wonderful time! We came in the establishment was extremely clean and the staff here are top notch. What made our time even more special was the fact that Melvin was so accommodating. My son has autism. We have yet to find an establishment that actually goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The way he and his staff interacted with my son and I made us feel welcomed. Not often do you go out and actually feel as though the people who are serving you want you there! The staff and manager are full of compassion. Also for the workers watching over my son as he played thank you for being patient! This place rocks!!! We will definitely be coming back
I am a cheer instructor from Canada . This weekend I decided to take a group of about 35-40 young ladies to this air time. I want to express how impressed I was by how friendly the staff was. And equally impressed with how clean the establishment was. We had such a great time. Tess was really sweet and helpful. Before we left the Melvin allowed us to use the private dodgeball area and he reffed the game his self. I want to thank you all behalf of myself and the girls. We had a awesome time and anyone who is looking for a great place to get exercise and have fun while doing it this is the place to be!
Grandson has a great time there every time, very poor seating for us over 60's. Clean, VERY NOISEY as it should be it's a kids place. Staff is very polite, prices are reasonable, NOT for kids who live in Video games. Bring ear buds and tablet, you'll need them.
I would give them none if I could! They are the worst trampoline place you could go to! Your better off going to sky zone at least you can jump there. This place says there a trampoline park but they should just say they are a place were you can walk everywhere. They have a bunch of power hungry teens that work there that like to yell at you for nothing! We got no warnings before just getting kicked out for jumping! Yes for jumping at a trampoline park! They told us we were running around on the trampoline park when we were falling there rules by jumping with two feet at all times. But like I said they have to be the boss. Even a 8 year old they gave a x for sitting with no warning like for real. There a bunch of nazis yelling to have power! We payed for 3 hours and barely got one hour! The employees don't have any people skills. Most look like they hate there life so they take it out on the kids! So needless to say never again! Sky zone all the way! Peace I'm out!!
