Caseworkers do not answer, but will call you all day even when they know you're not available. If you wait because you haven't received a call back, then you don't get your caseworker and no real assistance. Some workers are helpful and others seem more harmful. A security guard helped me more than a worker with the applications.
My case worker did not give me her full name she did not give me the fax number she will not return my calls or answer her phone no matter what time of the day it is.
Pathetic excuses for human beings...they recently put up bullet proof glass that they are behind... should have been cages for these animals...heartless..
They are so rude and they do not listen. The case worker C. Tanzini does not return calls and she is very unprofessional. I can not say an entire sentence without her comments cutting me off. She is the reason for this bad review.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish they didn't make you rate to give a review. The reason I'm giving a bad review is because I've received terrible customer service. I was told to bring my information papers in, only for them to lose the papers then say I didn't turn them in. After all that, I'm told my papers weren't turned in. I'm so done with this place. Overall, I'm not going to stress over $16.00. Even when I should've gotten more. They're cheap and they rip you off in the long run. I highly recommend not giving the place the time of day. But if you end up going along with them, you're just hurting yourself. Good luck. ✌️
The system also gives you the option to "speak with an operator" but when you click to speak with the operator the message comes up as "NO OPERATOR is available to help you". There is no customer service with DHS it is complete garbage. I hate calling and dealing with any of these idiots.
