My daughters had a bad experience here with the director who was doing their fathers funeral. We received a call from the manager who was very apologetic and assured that it will be taken care of. At first I was very disappointed because we have used Calcatera for family members in the past with no complaints, they were great. But after the call I feel that one person should not reflect a whole business that in the past was great and want to thank Mark for reaching out and assuring it was being taken care of. No one should ever have a bad experience when making funeral arrangements for a loved one and my family would use them again
